Specialty Features and Theme Accents

• Wedding's Theme colors coordinate with seasonal foliage, especially for ceremony site
• Clean Lines of the Chocolate Square urns match the centerpiece base, giving a contemporary look accentuating the colourful floral.
• Outside ceremony with accented aisle, framed with floral accents and tied off to reserve the white runner for the bridal party's entrance.
• All urn arrangements were of real flowers that were made as removable inserts so they could be given to the family after the reception.
• Flower selections included: seasonal BC Hydrangea, 3 shades of roses, rust hypericum berries, snapdragons, kale accents and bear's grass to tie it all together.
• Bear's grass loops framed the bouquets and the central grouping of roses in the centerpieces, accented with orange crystal beads.
• Bride's bouquet was wrapped with taupe ribbon matched to the accent detail of her gown.
• Flower girls baskets had petals in a back section for tossing as they walked up the aisle.
• Hair flowers with a touch of baby's breath completed the look for the flower girls.
• Transfer of the 4 large urns with their floral from the ceremony site to behind the headtable was done efficiently while the guests where having cocktails and o'herves.
• Head table enhanced with fresh rose petals, votive candles, pillar candles in grouped heights in glassware and opened roses paced carefully throughout. Votives, Glassware with candle sets are all available for rental.
• Head table napkins were accented with opened roses set gently on the napkin.
• Bride's throwaway bouquet was placed on the head table's edge for easy access and as decor throughout the evening.
• A wreath of fresh rose petals around the cake's base gives it a colourful environment.
• Personal photos and votive candles were added to the mantel ledges to give the room warmth and ownership.
